After over 4 decades making Maple Syrup and Maple confections many of you now know that we are no longer in that business. Our remaining taps are leased to the Onondaga Nation who now make syrup from our trees and in our sugarhouse for their own community. With our technical help they can continue a tradition predating any European settlers on this continent.
We do continue one tradition which is to continue to grow Christmas trees as we have for the last 30 years or so. We will continue to do that this year as in the past with u cut and pre-cut trees for sale starting on the Friday after Thanksgiving. We hope to see all our regular customers again this holiday season.
